Kupari TourismDevelopment Project, located near Dubrovnik - Deadline: 25/8/15

The Embassy of Croatia in Tel Aviv would like to inform you about Public Call for the Implementation of the Kupari Tourism. The deadline for submission of the bids is August 25, 2015. All domestic and international investors are invited to place their offers, based on their financial credibility and experience with project-development, construction, marketing and doing business in tourist resorts sectors. Owned by the Republic of Croatia, the project is situated on one of the most attractive locations in south Dalmatia (Kupari I, covering land area of 14 hectares) and is intended for development of a high- end tourism resort. The Project scope is determined by Physical Plan of Zupa Dubrovacka Municipality, and includes construction of new hotels with up to 1,500 accommodation units and 4-5 stars categorization. Five non-operating hotels are currently on the location. One of them, the Grand Hotel, is foreseen for renovation, while the other four hotels: Kupari, Pelegrin, Goriand#269;ina I i Goriand#269;ina II are planned for demolition and construction of new facilities. The location of Kupari will be available for visiting every day from 7 am – 3 pm, upon a prior appointment at Zupa Dubrovacka Municipality.
