100PCT Ethiopian Humera Sesame Paste - Tahini

DIDO TAHINI is made from 100% Ethiopian "HUMERA" type sesame seeds – no salt added. The seeds are picked by the company’s operation manager directly from the warehouses of the second largest sesame exporter in Ethiopia; this ensures we have the first selection of seeds, guaranteeing the highest quality.

During production, we DO NOT soak or roast the sesame!

We use multiple hot air driers at a maximum of 95 degrees Celsius to “roast” our Tahini. This method ensures that our Tahini maintains its natural, sweet and nutty flavor.

Dido's factory is dedicated to Tahini and therefore the facility is a nut free environment.

Our Tahini is 100% Gluten-free, Dairy-free, soy-free, peanut-free!
