Thermal Therapy Hotel

Turkey is one of region's leading health tourism center largely. However thermal facilities and thermal treatments, are not available in professional. For many people, The thermal hotels such as in Kütahya, Afyon are very attractive for many people; but more appealing to conservative profile in internal market. Also, lack of international brand awareness, failure of the free time activities and entertainments out of the hotel in those cities, they can not dominate the market.

Double Tree by our hotel  is the first thermal therapy hotel concept of HILTON HOTELS in Europe. The Grand opening planned in next month. Our hotel has 93 guest rooms (including deluxe and suite rooms), Restaurant, 3 meeting rooms, 1 large ball room, Thermal Health Spa and Therapy Center with thermal pool. The NATO Air Base, front of our hotel with 6.000 employees will be operational (a base where two Al General is located). Also the new Football Stadium and Sazova Park are 1.7 km away from the hotel.

Annual average profit per incentive is 1.5 Million USD. Incentives provide a profit increase of 25%.

The hotel already rented by `Gezi Sepeti` known as a very popular tourism agency in Turkey, as  2nd Year 800,000 USD, 850,000 USD after 3 years and 4 years 900.000 – 1.000.000 USD. But this contract can be terminated upon our demand.

We have signed a 22-year Franchise Agreement with Hilton Worldwide.

The price of the hotel 19 Million USD. Today, under the current conditions such a hotel construction can not be finished for 21 million USD.
