- Our company was formed 16 years ago in Portland, Oregon to develop software for the health care sector.
- The eHealth Platform is optimized for out-patient (ambulatory) clinics for use by doctors (mainly Primary Care Physicians and some Specialties), nurses, and administrators responsible for quality, cost, and outcomes of their patient population.
- The Platform consists of 3 main software applications (modules):
- Analytics: identify patient cohorts; calculate health risk; measure provider and clinic performance.
- Care Coordination: build care programs for patients; manage tasks for care coordination; automate protocols of care and management workflows.
- Point of Care: create individualized patient care plan; visualize patient data; engage patients.
About entering the Israeli health care market for the commercialization of the eHealth Platform for ‘population health management’ and ‘chronic disease management’.

- Intended (target) customers: Our global customers, who are the "users" of eHealth Platform include clinics, hospitals, health insurance companies. Each geography has unique needs and requires a special type of local partners depending on the ecosystem and how doctors are reimbursed for their services, and the incentives, if any, for improving the quality of care, lowering cost, achieving better outcomes for everyone.
- Intended (target) business partners: Our go-to-market strategy is partnering with local Israeli companies that understand the culture and the health care ecosystem in Israel.
Profile of partners: Our company has entered into business relations with various type of companies with experience in the health care sector, both PUBLIC and PRIVATE, such as Systems Integrators, IT Consultants, Vendors of Electronic Health Record (HER) systems; Health Insurers (payers); Hospitals; Pharmaceuticals; other.
- Our solution: We have been in business for 16 years and have built an impressive software eHealth Platform, branded as CareManager, that has been ranked #1 by KLAS for the last 2 years in a row, 2017 and 2018, in the health category of “population health management (PHM)”. Our eHealth Platform delivers on the IHI’s Triple Aim (lower cost; better quality; better experience of care) and is optimized for the diagnostic, prevention, and treatment of the most prevalent and impactful chronic diseases.

- At the beginning of 2018, KLAS Research, with HQs in Utah, announced the names of the healthcare IT vendors who will be called Best in KLAS in 2018. I am honored to share the news that our company was named “Best in KLAS” for Population Health Management for a second year in a row. The award is based upon feedback gathered during hundreds of in-depth interviews with provider organizations in 2017. It gauges and compares vendor performance across dimensions that include implementation, functionality, as well as service and support. We are indebted to our customers, who took the time to provide KLAS with their qualitative and quantitative assessments of Enli CareManager. This award is as much theirs as it is ours.
