For your information, to comply with the new Panama Canal Vessel Requirement, we can supply the mooring chocks, bitts and air capstan, etc. as per OP's Notice to Shipping No. N-1-2013, and also mooring lines as per OP's Notice to Shipping No.N-1-2017.
