Red wines

Our company makes natural wines using the indigenous yeasts on the grape skins and applying no additives that alter the character, taste, smell or color of the wine; a "natural wine". 

This style of winemaking is making a comeback, with its main showcase being Isabelle Legeron's RawWine fairs, in which we are invited to participate. 

The two wines we are offering are set out below and are suggested for consideration due to their suitability for hotter climates:

1. Trovato - a blend of SanGiovese and Pinot Noir. Fruit forward with cranberry and prune, semi-dry with a medium body, delicate finish, very clipped.
2. Respiro - single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium bodied, refreshing blackberry & currant with a balanced complexity. Featured at RAW, The Artisan Wine Fair, Respiro meets the strict Charter of Quality established by Isabelle Legeron, France’s ONLY female Master Sommelier.

Since these wines are not treated, shipping is reserved for the cooler months of the years.

Our company uses grapes from the Lodi region of California.
