Pure aloe vera juices, aloe vera cosmetic creams

Our company is the only company in Cyprus owning an Aloe vera plantation and Aloe gel production factory. Our main 'raw' material is our fresh organic aloe vera leaves, which are cultivated on our farm, a mere 3 minutes away from our factory. Our competitive advantage is having our farm very close to our factory and here is where I would like to point out, that this is the fundamental and actually differentiates us from others in the market.

Worldwide, all aloe Vera gel factories have their production Unit close to the farm to make sure gel is extracted quickly and processed same day.

Although we have almost completed the production line in our factory, we are still in need of financial aid to help the company slightly improve the manufacturing process, which will enable us produce aloe vera juices in different flavors and consistencies, which will cater for different markets and needs. One for the pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies (pure 100% aloe juice) and one which will be more of a refreshing drink for markets (organic shops / fruit markets / supermarkets, etc.).

We also have agreements in place with a cosmetic lab to produce our own private label cosmetics which are currently distributed to 10 major pharmacies in Limassol. Our current cosmetic line consists of 5 different creams. We have plans to produce three more products with "uplifting" properties for women of different age and needs.

Just to give you a little background. I started the farm and the company with my father, both working in the field for years on end in order to grow our aloe plants and have the best possible plantation. Recently we also employed a helper to assist in the farm since mainly I am focusing on running the business while my father is running the farm and tending to all the smaller needs there. However, regardless of the hard work and many efforts from my father and myself, I have grown to understand the need of having the right business partner who could assist financially and move the company to the next level.

We aim on opening distribution channels to access new markets and produce beverages with Organic Aloe gel. Expanding to new markets, developing products, marketing those products, and improving operational efficiencies is our main goal.

An interested partner or someone willing to take over might focus on improving products, promoting products in different distribution channels and countries. Contribution with ideas, experience and contacts/connections are extremely valuable in this industry. Cooperation should strengthen the company both in the local Cyprus market as well as provide opportunities for entering other markets.

Even though we have our own very experienced promoter (Reveka) working at the pharmacies and selling products to open up the market for the PURO cosmetics, we are still not making a profit, mainly because we are not working full time and not able to cope with the needs of a new company. There is potential in both cosmetics and beverage industries.

Myself and my colleague Maria who is exceptional on everything she does and actually handling all issues with pharmacies such as handling marketing tasks such as social media posts, we both work part time.

Needless to say that Maria expressed her willingness to invest in the business but I have my concerns if this is actually what I need at this stage. There is a need of Direct involvement and full time efforts to help company's development.

There are currently opportunities in the Middle East, we foresee opportunities in Scandinavian countries to export organic & natural cosmetics.

Exporting Cyprus products to other countries with which Cyprus has trade agreements or tariff arrangements may reduce or eliminate tariffs and duties making exports more cost effective.

There is a FUNDING program currently running, this can be used to assist on purchasing anything the company might need in terms of production equipment. This funding program is also covering up to 14.000 Euro for a new website, e-commerce, etc.

There is potential but as explained over the phone "everything depends on time" and at this stage, regretfully, I don't have time for my company, for several reasons.

I am seeking for a person or a company to assist either by taking over completely or assist us with experience, effort as well as financially for future promotion and digital marketing that is considered of utmost importance to me.
