High Temperature HEPA Filter for pharmaceutical oven
Our high-temperature HEPA Filter is Widely used in the spraying industry, Semiconductor ovens, chemical, ultrasonic industry, and other high-temperature purification sites.
The filter can withstand temperatures up to 350°C.
In Semiconductor ovens, we use PTFE sealing rings and ceramic seals to make sure they are silicone-free.
