The union of 5 timber companies with great tradition and located in one of the largest timber hubs in Brazil led to the creation of a cooperative, which specializes in the production of prefabricated wooden houses.

The cooperative has member companies with more than 30 years of experience in the construction sector, has a high production capacity and stock volume that allows for agility in production and delivery times, and speed in assembling houses.

The location is strategic, in Santa Catarina, southern Brazil, one of the most developed states in the country, and is close to the Jaguaruna and Florianópolis airports and the BR-101 highway, which makes it easier to receive numerous national and international customers, in addition to enable rapid collection by carriers.

The proximity of the ports of Imbituba, Itajaí and Navegantes makes exports more agile.
