The beginnings of with a different organizational and legal structure is dating back to 1995. The company is one of the national leaders in the production of upholstered furniture, mainly chairs and armchairs.

The entire production is exported to Western European countries, to large retail chains. Additionally, the company produces furniture for hotels, offices and bowling alleys. A characteristic feature of the design and production of utility furniture is the emphasis on comfort, design, quality, market demand, and this is possible thanks to the plant's high flexibility in terms of capabilities production (batches, series).

It is a family company with 100% Polish capital. Currently on offer, there are over 100 designs of chairs and armchairs. The company is also the winner of many awards: Business Wings from GazetaPrawna, Fair Play, Business Gazelle in the Puls Biznesu ranking.
