To ensure complete customer satisfaction, we offer customization options such as alterations and modifications based on individual measurements. From adjusting the fit and length to adding sleeves or modifying the neckline/backline, our skilled team can bring any desired changes to our designs.

When it comes to our cooperation, we have outlined the following conditions:

1. Payment Terms: We require a 50% prepayment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% to be paid prior to shipment.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our MOQ is set at 5 pieces from our collection.

The production time for our dresses is approximately 60 days, excluding delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and we primarily ship through DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 4-11 days. However, we are open to using alternative courier services of your choice. The delivery fee will be calculated individually based on the order specifications. If you prefer, we can arrange the courier service on your behalf.

Moreover, we take pride in offering an extensive size range for our dresses, ensuring that every bride can find the perfect fit. Additionally, we maintain a stock list of ready-to-ship dresses, which are available at discounted prices.
