The company is commercializing over 20 years of research spanning multiple branches of science.
Aiomic, their augmented intelligence platform, automatically interprets multiomic information to design treatment options personalized to genomic and diagnostic profiles within minutes. They use Aiomic to offer clinical services to patients and clinicians.
Cytesia, their drug platform, allows oncologists to safely prescribe drug combinations. Cytesia uses a platelet-facilitated mechanism to transport multiple drugs simultaneously to cancer sites, improving drug effectiveness while reducing systemic toxicities.
The company has already demonstrated functional conjugates can be sequestered into platelets and they are currently completing the bio-distribution experiments to demonstrate ADME requirements for their first CYT004 asset. In-vitro efficacy is also complete, and in-vivo efficacy studies will start in the coming month. Results are available upon request. They have a due diligence package for both of their platforms that summarize all the detailed pre-clinical results and supporting research. These can be shared as needed.
