Joint implementation of projects in the field of subsurface use in Kazakhstan

Project of geological study of subsurface resources, geological exploration and evaluation of identified deposits in the areas of hydrocarbon raw materials in the Republic of Kazakhstan

To date, the Group has promising sites in the oil and gas-bearing regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with an area of more than 80,000 square kilometers.

The sites were provided to the Group for geological exploration of the subsurface for the presence of hydrocarbon raw materials and their further development.

Based on the data of specialized research organizations, the possible recoverable resources (prospective reserves)for these fields amount to 368.54 million tons of oil. Resource estimation and inventory calculation are performed in accordance with the standards of the SEC International Classification and the PRMS International Classification.

We propose to conclude contractual relations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the possible application of the jurisdiction of English law on the territory of the International Financial Center "Astana" in Nur-Sultan The state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan support investments and, in accordance with the legislative norms of Kazakhstan, guarantee the stability of the terms of contracts concluded between investors and the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan
