We are a successuffy operating Lithuanian capital company for aleady 11 years. Today we are expanding to foreign markets.

Our main purpose is inventory management in customer‘s central and distant warehouses (departments, branches, stores and etc.), also in distant customer‘s client or supplier warehouses. Inventory management ensures the necessary goods (raw materials, products) to the right place at the right time.

Principles of our system:

• Manages stocks according to the actual consumption automatically evaluating the necessary stocks‘ level for each SKU (stock-keeping-unit) in each storage place daily;
• Creates the orders taking into account the characteristics of the suppliers and SKU, such as suppliers delivery shcedule, frequency of delivery, minimum order quantity (MOQ), package, minimum order amount, volume, weight and etc.
• Analyzes purchase orders and  transfers from their placement to the complete delivery. System records deviation of the established processes from the determined settings.
• There is an analytic module which performs the control function. According to the accumulated data analytic module generates reports which initiates corrective actions. The reports are divided into the urgent response (formed daily), operational (formed weekly) and analytical (formed monthly);
• The exclusive feature – paying attention to monthly reports, which help to manage assortment by optimizing it in order to get benefits.

We have been working on the market for more than 10 years, and we have implemented more than 100 deployments for customers in Lithuania and abroad. We cooperate with wholesale and retail companies operating the sales networks from 1 to several hundred stores.
