Foam Fillled Fenders

Foam-filled fender (ball) is used to provide buffer and protection to the ships and widely used in ships, ocean platform, offshore facilities, wharf and yachts etc. As buffer of STS or STD berthing, the foam filled fender could absorb impact energy of ships and reduce reactive force and greatly improve safety of berthing.

High energy absorption and low reaction.

There are various types of internal foams available.

The low density foam will be softer and could generate low reactive force.

The high density foam will be stiffer and could absorb more impact energy.

Super-strength non-sinking design.

Closed pore foam structure could prevent occurrence of punctures. Each closed pore is separate and therefore water can not penetrate into foam. Even after years of use, the foam core could be returned to factory and repaired or maintained for reuse.
