The overall and specific objectives of the project of which the present contract shall be a part, are as follows:

1) To implement a uniform mark scale (UMS) statistical analysis of the examination marks received by candidates of the new teachers recruitment system;

2) To train Moecsy personnel in order to implement UMS on their own without the need to acquire outside services;

3) To monitor Moecsy personnel during the implementation of UMS on their own and assist with their questions;

4) To design and enforce a data audit procedure in order to check and verify the validity of the UMS produced by Moecsy personnel.
