Giovanni is our brand for raw materials for Italian gelato and
pastry.
We transform the preparation of gelato into an art form. The secret
of the company's magic lies in a longstanding tradition from the
south islands of Sicily for over more than 65 years.
The gelato recipes were born out of the passion to create tastes of
delights, sense and fantasy.
The 18 product groups are divided into sorbets, dairy gelato and ice-
cakes as sold in Italian gelato parlors and patisseries.
Giovanni products are sold worldwide and are produced under
BRC/HACCP and ISO9001:2008 standard. Giovanni is subsidiary of Kahan's
manufacturers and distributors of food products and raw materials on
the global market since 1938.
