We are currently looking for a Master Franchise with the following characteristics to develop the Magnolia Silver franchise concept: - A retail company, preferably a franchise company, with a similar or completing business to Jewelry (gifts, accessories etc.). - Operating and familiar with Mall/Shopping Centers operations and management companies. - Proven financial resources - solid financial background and resources to develop it designated territory as far as recruiting individual franchisees, providing initial and on-going training, providing on-going support, logistics etc. - Familiarity with the local market laws, regulations, labor law etc. - English communication skills.
