The device allows to monitor the air-conditioner from a remote connection, takes preventative measures, sends alert for errors and operational anomalies, provides tailored service without sending technicians in vain, and sends only the right professionals with the required spare parts. Remote monitoring is even more important in the COVID-19 era which lowers the need for unnecessary travel to the various sites, and of course, there is the aspect of energy saving inefficient use of the air-conditioning systems. Also, the system allows you to control your indoor cooling experience: control setpoints, modes, fan speeds, and louver operation and make visualized reports of your HVAC system operation. The platform enables the user to connect the VRF/ HVAC system with smart devices such as virtual assistants.

The company wishes to further expand the international side of the business and is, therefore, looking for reliable distributors under distribution services agreements. Distributors should have experience in the field of air conditioning systems for the commercial property sector and smart homes with already established maintenance services. Also, the company is looking for partners under a commercial agency agreement, the partners’ task would be to find manufacturers of air conditioners that have local service points and companies that provide maintenance service for air-conditioners. The potential partner could be small to medium-sized enterprises. The partners’ task would be to increase the company’s sales in their local market
