COMMERCIAL LAW 
  
We  work  closely  with  clients  to  advise  on  day-to-day  business  management  and commercial matters, negotiating and drafting agreements other various commercial issues.  
  
Representation  begins  from  the  first  stages  of  negotiations.  We  draft  commercial agreements,  in English or  in Hebrew,  as  necessary,  and  conduct  negotiations  regarding the  other  side’s  business  terms.  As  needed,  we  represent our  clients  in  courtroom litigation, arbitration proceedings and other forums of dispute resolution.

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 
  
We  represent  our  clients  at  every  level  of  the  Israeli  court  system,  from  the  trial  courts, appeals courts, labor courts, and administrative tribunals, to the Supreme Court of Justice. In  addition  we  are  experienced  and  skilled  in  representing  clients  in  arbitrational proceedings. However, when  appropriate,  our  lawyers  also  seek ways  to  resolve  cases more  efficiently  and  economically  via  alternative  dispute  resolution  methods,  such  as mediation.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Our team has an intricate understanding of complex local Israeli Labor and employment laws, and we represent our clients in the Labor Courts. We act for  companies and management, as well as  key employees, in drafting employment agreements, Employee Stock Options Plans, and other employment related documents. Our team has vast experience in addition to litigating employment-related issues, including non-competition and non-disclosure issues, representing  both companies and key employees.

We represent companies and individuals in every type of real estate related  transaction, including commercial purchases, sales and leasing of private land and  land owned by Israel Land Authority. We also represent numerous service providers  to the real estate industry, including building contractors and subcontractors,  appraisers, architects, engineers, and building management companies. 
  
Acting on behalf of developers, real estate entrepreneurs, contractors, individual 
purchasers as well as landlords and tenants, we advise on all issues relating to land purchase, development and sales, including those pertaining to the Israel Land Authority, the Land Tax Authority, zoning authorities and municipal authorities.  
  
  We represent our clients in the complex financing of land development  transactions, representing sponsors, contractors and buyers in extended finance  negotiations. When necessary, we also represent such clients in litigation and  arbitrational proceedings in connection to real estate matters. 
  
PHARMACEUTICALS AND NUTRITION 
  
Our clientele includes well-known international pharmaceutical and nutritional companies, as well as importers and distributors. We advise our clients and handle all aspects of regulatory concerns, including direct contacts with the relevant regulatory authorities.

Adv. Moshe Kahn, has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal  counseling  and  representation  for  local  and  foreign  companies,  including  leading multinationals  operating  in  Israel,  in  a  wide  range  of  industries  and  in  various  matters including: complex commercial, M&A and cross-border transactions, as well as real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigations and arbitrations.

With an Ll.B. from Bar Ilan University, Adv. Wachtel began her career at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, involved  in a vast array of  international  legal matters,  including political negotiations, cross-border litigation and international investigations.   
  
Since  joining  the private sector, Adv. Wachtel has  represented  foreign and  local companies, providing counseling in corporate matters and commercial litigation.

With an Ll.M.  from Bar  Ilan University, Adv. Dor specializes  in commercial  law and  litigation, corporate law and real estate.
