The product itself is a proprietary blend of Aramid and fibrillated Polyolefin fibers.  Aramid, with a tensile strength of 400 PSI provides the product’s reinforcing properties within the asphalt.  

Tests have shown that the product will lengthen the lifespan of asphalt by up to 50%.  Additionally, because of the reinforced asphalts greater strength, the aramid allows for a thinner placement, up to 35% thinner, thereby saving manpower, materials and money.
