We started our journey 2006 in Mudurnu / Bolu with a processing capacity of 1.250 Liter milk/day with the aim to add new taste to the tradition Turkish Cousin. During the years we increased our processing capacity to 20.000 liter milk/day and finally with our latest investments in 2015 we stablished a 3.000 m2 new building and increase our daily milk process to 50.000 liters.
In order to always achieve high quality, natural and healthy products we source our Milk only from Farms in Mudurnu Province and Abant Region, where the Cow’s are only feed naturally. In order to provide you the highest, most natural and healthiest Quality Traditional Turkish Cheese we work hard and ensure from Sourcing the Milk till the final Product in our ISO 9001:2008, ISO22000:2005 and Halal Certified Plant every single step in controlled.
