We are a family run business based in Nelson. The company is based around the expertise of the proprietor, who has 44 years’ experience as a wine and vinegar maker.

Our expertise as vinegar making specialists is in our name. We have a diverse range of products the flag ship one being our Certified Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, which is produced using only New Zealand Organic apples.

The products is Kosher and Halal certified.

We pride ourselves on being an honest hardworking company producing great quality products for our customers so they will naturally choose to do business with us! We believe in the POWER OF VINEGAR hence our passion to use nature in the way she was intended!

We are looking at expanding our vinegar sales abroad and currently export into 6 countries. Our organic apple cider vinegar brand has a healthy following in NZ and our unique kiwifruit vinegar is growing a following in the food industry.
