Our automated systems ensure control of the following factors that can destabilise the state of facilities:

The engineering structure monitoring systems are designed to:
- Ensure the safe operation of buildings and structures through around-the-clock monitoring and recording of changes to the condition of foundations, walls, load bearing wall panels, floor beams and other structural elements.
- Reduce the costs of maintaining buildings and structures by minimising expenses associated with planned inspections and routine maintenance for determining the technical condition of the monitored facilities.
- Provide around-the-clock monitoring of deformation processes by receiving objective and reliable information from the system during construction and operation of the monitored facilities.
- Promptly detect deviations of building parameters from design values as soon as they arise and take measures to prevent them leading to emergency situations.
