FERROVIA VARIETY: originated in Puglia around 1930

A popular Italian cherry. Known as the queen of cherries, Ferrovia di Turi, it is very attractive, has large fruits and excellent taste. This heart-shaped, bright red cherry is particularly appreciated for its juicy, firm and sweet pulp. Harvest & Availability: Late May to Mid June.
