Confectionery: cakes and tarts

We are a confectionery company that, for over thirty years, produces cakes and tarts. For our production we use Darbo Jam.

We are able to offer our customers different types of products with recipes and customized packaging (private label).

Our company is located in the heart of Franciacorta, in a hilly zone between the city of Brescia and the southern extremity of the Iseo lake. Since the beginning, the company has been oriented to the production of high quality cakes, associated with a widespread distribution that, also today, represents a company strong point strengthened over the years.

and specifically equipped vehicles that guarantee a daily, quick and safe delivery and, above all, a fixed attention to all new customers’ needs, make us a modern confectionary company, structured in every single department: production, sales, logistics and customer care. Thanks to a fixed research and a constant improvement activity, the production line has been modied and completed inside the company to guarantee a perfect dough structure and quality during all working phases, according to the traditional working bakery techniques. The advanced technology of our machineries guarantees precision and maximumsafety of all productive processes.

The range of products includes: 

1. Cakes - Chocolate cake, Apricot cream cake, Lemon cream cake, Cream cake soft fruit, Tiramisu cake, Chocolate cream cake, Vanilla sponge cake, Apple cake,  Pear and chocolate cake, etc.
2. Tarts -  Apricot tart, Blueberry tart,  Lemon ginger tart, Pomegranate tart, Hazelnut cream tart, Wild berry tart, Cherry tart, etc.
