Construction Materials and Technologies, Building and Land Development

The company was founded in this year by my brother and me, it started two years ago as an initiative to do something additional to our current jobs. We decided to invest our family's savings and built our first house, given the success we decided to build a second house and then decided to formalize and legalize our business so this year the company was founded and we are currently looking for investors and investment funds to capitalize and develop more projects. Our vision is to build the largest and most exclusive buildings in Guatemala. Additionally we want to introduce a new line of products and construction materials that we can use in our developments and also promote and sell them to our competitors.

We are looking for capital to work and we offer a return over the capital.

Also we are interested in construction materials and cement or additives to decorate sidewalks, we would like to import some new business ideas under construction that does not exist in Guatemala.

We give the best quality at a fair price for customers and for us.  We like to build our houses with excellence thinking that we will and could be live there.

Our business partners are: Architects, engineers, material suppliers and investors as well as entities that regulate construction in Guatemala.

End Customers: young couples looking for modern homes with avant-garde styles out of the traditional and with low maintenance. Families where both parents work and look for integrated living spaces that can be easily managed.
