The company has its own manufacturing facilities and employs hundreds production workers in also in Jordan. Most of the produce (80%) is exported to America and Europe. Today, the company mainly manufactures in its Middle East factory.

The company's customers are mainly hotels and hospitals. In certain markets, the customers are also launderers who purchase the towels and provide the end customer with a service that includes the rental and maintenance of the towel. Big laundry is renting the towels to the hotels.

The company is also engaged in a small amount in retail sales. They have their own distribution companies in several European countries, in US and Far East.

These towels arrive to the sets laundered with any cleanser and ready to use right out of the box. The company desires to open up new markets. Today, it is in the early stages of the process and is looking to examine export planning for new countries. Among potential customers the company considers hotels, hospitals, laundries that provide leasing services (more challenging, because they import themselves), among the partners – representatives and distributors. They are looking for commercial agency, distribution services and franchise agency agreements

The company has developed a performance of the innovative technology (a patented weaving process available exclusively in terry products manufactured by the company), which provides for:

The company has a variety of Jacquards looms so the towels can also be provided with the logo of the hotel or hospital.

High availability of supplies is provided by the plant location proximal to Europe and duty free.
