PUBLIC CALL for the realization of the tourist development project “Pašman Rivijera”

The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to the State of Israel takes this opportunity to inform about a PUBLIC CALL for the realization of the tourist development project “Pašman Rivijera” - Croatia, published by the Pašman Municipality in Croatia. 

The Pašman Municipality invites all interested investors with financial capacity and experience in designing, building and managing tourist complexes to apply for participation in this international tender. 

The project area covers approximately 260 ha with 100 ha of tourist zones, 5 ha of service logistics zone and 155 ha for agricultural and horticultural purposes. The Master Plan of the Project is drafted, and the Spatial Plan of Pašman Municipality adopted. The access road to the Project area is designed and ready for construction.

The project “Pašman Rivijera” is a greenfield project that includes the design and construction of hotels, tourist apartments and villas with accompanying facilities and adequate infrastructure. It is located in the southern part of the Island of Pašman, Zadar County, in one of the best preserved and most attractive areas in the Adriatic Sea near the Kornati National Park.

The deadline for submission of the application is no later than March 9, 2018 at 1 PM.
