Check Weigher and Metal Detector

Established in 2010, our company has been focusing on development and production of X-Ray contaminant detector, metal detectors, checkweighers and relative accessories that are widely operating on production and packaging lines of  industries like food, drink, beverage, cosmetic, daily chemistry, medicine, plastic and agriculture etc. Year after year we paid efforts and gained development on product quality and performance, also very importantly our core technology.  

We have our own self-oriented core technology that developed by the 2 leaders of our R&D team, who were elites from industries of aerospace and mobile telecommunication. Under their leaderships and with top level instruments like German R&S  and US Agilent N9000 frequency spetrometer, the company has built up platforms for designs of radio frequency, sensors, electric circuit, software and mechanical simulation. So far we have acquired 21 relative national patents in software and hardware design. Besides, to acquire stable performance of all products and perfect coordination between  control software and mechanical components we have built up our complete CNC workshop including CNC bending machine from Canada and CNC machining centre from USA.

CNC precision machine tools guarantees high level quality and accurate production lead time. On basis of these advantages our company is not only able to produce checkweighers and metal detectors of special mechanical specifications, also very importantly is able to OEM manufacturing at code level and micro chip level.
