Our company is a producer and exporter of socks in Turkey. The company started it’s production at 1996. The factory is located at Istanbul and the production process has been located at 3500 sqm. The production cycle is socks for babies, women, men and sport . All these socks can be produced with diferent quaity satndarts.The yarn that we use are cotton, bamboo, viscose, coolmax, wool, aycrlic, melanj, polyester and polyamide.
The capacity of production is 4.900.000 pairs with computer machine and 1.600.000 pairs for mecanic machines. Our turover for 2014 is 3,2 million euro.

The quality control process is started from the raw material. When the raw metarial is unloaded to the warehouse random quality process has been started then the second process has been done by the macine operaters while the knitting is going on. Meanwhile there is a QC guide at the company and his duty is doing the quality control at the production. Later on while the packing is going on the last quality control is doing.
