We are looking to appoint urgently a new distributor for Israel. 

Our company aims

Over the last three years our company has established itself throughout Europe. It also has distributors in New Zealand, Fiji and Australia, India and is currently expanding through the Americas with appointments made in Canada, Mexico, Central America, Peru, Panama and Columbia.

Our stated aim is to expand into Israel and grow extensively throughout the Middle East.

We have a formal structure for all distributors born from experience and a melding of understandings for both parties for a need for exclusivity. We will negotiate an exclusive distribution agreement with a party for a specific geographical territory. This creates a bond between the two parties. Our company commits all rights to the territory to the party for a set term, normally five years. In exchange for forgoing any and all other routes to that territory, a nominal distributor fee is paid, and annual minimum turnover quantities are agreed.

In certain exceptional cases, and uniquely when market conditions and pricing dictate an alternative approach is required, an upgrading of an established distributor to a ’Super Distributor' status is agreed. Under a separate agreement, this grants the rights, under specific quality criteria, to manufacture certain parts of the our product range. 

The distributor is considered as Business Partner for Israel country. In order to safeguard our common interest in this area country market, and not lose the amount of work and negotiation, the Business Partner has to confirm his interest in managing and investing in Israel country. In order to secure the chosen territories, Water-to-Go policy asks for a license fee per territory.

This license fee will give the authority as well as an exclusive distribution agreement for all the products which would be for 3 years. On achievement of minimum turnover levels for each and every year, there would be a 2 year extension option, to be agreed by both parties. 

To confirm his interest in Israel country, and in order to go step by step, a down payment of the license fee is requested as a guarantee to secure the exclusivity and start the process to have the paperwork ready and finalise our partnership. The balance fees will have to be paid at the signature of the partnership agreement within 30 days.

Exclusive Distributor Fees :

$25,000 USD for Israel country

Orders minima target are:

$100,000 – Year 1

$250,000 – Year 2

$500,000  - Year 3

OPTION TRIAL PERIOD

We can arrange an option of 3 months “trial” before becoming Official Distributor.

This 3 months period gives to the Distributor candidate enough time to test the market, prepare the marketing plan and define pricing structure for Israel market.

After 3 months we will review the situation together based on his achievement, results and feedback and we will adjust accordingly.

Here below, different options as follow:

1- Potential Distributor Agreement (PDA) + a small non-refundable fee (To Be Determined), and balance to be paid after 3 months trial period. + Orders for the first 3 months

2- First order (by Pallet min. See below for pallet quantities) + Surcharge non-refundable fee

75cl Bottles – 36 boxes per pallet (540 bottles)

Twin Pack filters – 24 boxes per pallet (2,400 Twin Pack filters)

 50cl Bottles – 24 boxes per pallet (720 bottles)

50cl Filters – 96 boxes per pallet (2,880 Filters)

3- First order (by Container min. See below for container quantities) + Surcharge non-refundable fee

Basically we can get 10 pallets on a 20 ft container & 20 pallets on a 40 ft container

Example – If you wanted to fill a 20 ft container with 75cl bottles / filters the closest we could get to equal amounts filling the container will be

4,320 75cl bottles = 288 boxes = 8 pallets

4,800 filters = 48 boxes = 2 pallets 

Total : 10 pallets
