We are a China-based partnership law firm with well-acknowledged expertise in legal services including litigation, arbitration, mediation, investigation related to international trade, civil affairs, investment, criminal defense law and other aspects. The Firm provides various international legal services for entities and individuals in and out of China who live or work in, or do business with China.

The Firm has 5  lawyers, 10  paralegals and 21 full time or part-time assistants in China and abroad (till October 21, 2016), and the amount of our colleagues are steadily increasing. We have set up liaison points in big cities in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Shenyang, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Jinan, Wuxi, Yiwu. We also set up cooperation relationship with law firms or legal consultation entities in the USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea, Australia, Canada, India, Pakistan.

The Firm’s lawyers are mainly graduates from famous law schools and universities in China and abroad, who mostly have 5 years up to 15 years of full time working experiences. The Firm’s principles are: diligence, creativity, efficiency and cooperation.
