The Ceylon Electricity Board of Sri Lanka has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program - Tranche 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.7.

Completion period is Two (2) years
