Sale of a company - processing and trading of coffee
REX PROM Company was founded in 1989 year, as the first private company in Serbia, registered for import, processing and trading of coffee. Later extended the registration to numerous activities which the company may engage. The factory is located in Sopot, Belgrade municipality, located 50 km from the city center and extends on a surface of 1.5 ha on which is located approximately 2000 m2 office, manufacturing and warehouse space. We have project approved for the construction of office space of 500 m2, more.
In the factory we also have a retail store. We own two production plants, 2 warehouse, a central office building, seven direct phone lines and our own delivery vehicle vans. The company is equipped with modern technological lines for frying and coffee gridnding and machines for packing ground coffee and coffee beans.. The company has its own substation of 450 kW, its own gas station with three tank-containers of a total capacity of 4000 kg and generator in case of power failure.
A special advantage is that the factory is located only a few kilometers from the highway and the railway, linking north-south Serbia.
We own two production plants with two Probat roasting machines and two Probat coffee grinder. We have three machines for packing of ground coffee and coffee beans, brand Vollenda, TME and Bosch. These are modern machines which can produce up to 100 tons of coffee, monthly.
We own a manufacturing and warehouse facility in which it is possible, in addition to coffee, packaged and many other granular and powdered products (instant coffee, ness coffee, cocoa, peanuts, rice, etc.), But also organize other types of activities, such as production sweets products.
The owner seeking a buyer for the company of 100% stake. The reason for the sale of the company is that the owner has 85 years and is sick, and no heirs who are interested to inherit the job. The company is not burdened by any debts, loans or mortgages. Land, buildings and equipment of the company should be sold at market value, after the evaluation.
In addition to the sale of 100% ownership of the company, we are interested and for each form of partnership such as the service activity, the factory lease or open a new joint company.
