Plastic injection molds and die casting molds

We are an offshore custom mold manufacturer, found in 1996. Have over 180 employees. Professional in designing and manufacturing plastic injection mold and die casting molds.

Certificated by TS16949, ISO9001 & ISO14001 quality system. Able to make mold up to 3000*2000mm, weight 22T. And accuracy within +/0.02mm

Till now, have 18 sets of CNC machines and 19 sets of EDM machines and other machining equipment. We are capable of manufacturing 50-60 molds per month.

Over 80% of our molds are applied to automotive interior/exterior/lighting part. Have supplied molds for BMW, GM, Bentley,Ford, Honda,Nissan, Bosch, Fiat…etc.
