Coffee factory for sale

I would like to sale my company - coffee factory, because I am 83 years old and I am no longer able to lead the company. 

The company was founded in 1989. We are engaged in import, processing and trading of coffee. 

The company is located in the Belgrade municipality of Sopot, which is 40km away from the center of Belgrade. It is located near the highway linking the northern and southern parts of Serbia. 

The company owns plot of 1 ha. We have a large warehouse, two production facilities with the most modern machines for roasting and packaging, offices and other facilities. We have a total of 1,600 m2 of office space. The company is registered for multiple activities, so that in addition to roasting and packaging coffee, can reorient to other activities. 

Interested buyers can be accommodated at my expense, while they stay in Belgrade for the purchase of the company. 

Terms of sale:

The interested company can provide a bank loan or negotiated with a bank guarantee can be paid in monthly installments. 

The Serbian market has space for placement of coffee and related products, so that the company can pay from their own funds.
