Thomas Daenen is a Belgian lawyer specialized in corporate and finance law and tax law. With a particular focus on the green tech, biotech, life science and biomedical sectors, he daily accompanies entrepreneurs in the incorporation and development of innovative companies until their exit. Thomas also regularly advises venture capitalists, business angels and institutional investors in their investments in such companies. He is a partner/coach of different public and independent programs that support innovation and entrepreneurship in Belgium.
