Very pragmatic and applying a very structured methodology, he’s focusing on change management and on a quick return on investment for his client. He’s particularly strong in the review and performance improvement of supply chain processes within the pharma/life science industry.

In addition, he also conducts or organizes high dynamic practical training programs in supply chain & logistics, but also in other topics. These trainings are really practical and ensure immediate skills improvement of the participants.
