We are a privately owned manufacturing company, which was established in 2003 in Bursa, Turkey.
We are specialized on integral foam, foam and plastic injection molding and manufacturing interior trim parts for automotive and commercial vehicles, as well as tooling. Our company also serves to their customers about sewing operations with sewing personal who are specialized about seating covers.
Beside our own products, we are producing also for clients projects.
The company manages quality assurance system with ISO TS 16949 and also company has ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management certificates too.
Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 2000 sqm, with about 45 blue collar workers in the production.
All our production conforms EC/95/28 (Burning behavior of materials used in the interior construction of certain categories of motor vehicles)
One of our shareholders, Mrs. Filiz Sam, born in Germany, fluent in German, has over 20 years of experience in automotive and commercial vehicles interior trim production.
Mr Birol Sam, elemantry in English, has over 25 years of experience in automotive and commercial vehicles interior trim production.
Our plant manager, Mr. Hikmet GÜLER, fluent in English, has over 15 years of experience in automotive and commercial vehicles interior trim production.
Our planning and purchasing manager has over 5 years of experience in commercial and passenger vehicle industry.
For one of our clients Lear Corporation, which is one of the leading automotive suppliers worldwide, we are manufacturing plastic injection parts. We are also producing technical plastic injection molded parts for Cleemann Chairs, which is a leading supplier of naval seats in Europe.
We are producing interior trim and seat parts for MBT, Renault, Fiat, Hyundai, VW, MAN, Turk Traktor in the Turkish market. In addition to this, our products are being installed in seats of MAN, VDL busses.
Designs that you can see on the attached file are prepared according to customer and market request, our intention is develop and present to customers different concept.
