We are professional manufacturers of ladies wear garments of average and high fashion. The head office is located in Kaunas. Four subsidiaries are located in other towns within Lithuania. The enterprise was established in 1940, and since 1993 it has been transformed into a Joint-Stock Company. Today the company employs nearly 500 people. We work on the basis of CMT and also provide ready made garments(RMG) depending on customer requirements. Product development consists of skill pattern makers, technicians and sampling/prototypes makers. We have our own brand LOULU ET TU. Assortment produced: ladies outer wear such as skirts, trousers, blouses, shirts, tops, dresses, two piece suits, overcoats. Our production trends: casual wear, cocktail and evening dresses, modern classic and corporate wear for women. Production capacity amounts to 500,000 garments per year. Production cycle ranges 3-5 weeks after the materials are received. Quality: There is a very strict quality control system during all processes of production. Raw materials are 100% quality checked at our stock warehouse, and then quality is constantly controlled at all stages of the making from the cutting to the final quality control while packing. This enables us to guaranty the highest quality of our service and to achieve our aim – to manufacture achieving exact our clients’ wishes. Main Clients: approximately 99% of Company’s production is exported to European markets such as Great Britain (Karen Millen, Coast, Bastyan, Shubette, Penny Plain), France (Gerard Darel), Scandinavia. (Texmoda, Marimekko) and others. Export experience: We are working with foreign customers since 1988. Here our professional staff can construct patterns, fulfil pattern grading, issue fabric cutting diagrams with raw material consumption optimisation, and convert patterns from Gerber system. o Company also has developed pattern making with LECTRA 3D Modelling. Lectra’s offer covers 3D design, shape development and corresponding flattening into 2D, nesting, and 2 automated cutting of all kinds of materials, whether fabric or leather. DesignConcept, 3D software, which integrates all product components—frame, foam, and upholstery—enables designers to explore a multitude of creative options and virtual variants, optimize production costs, and study technical feasibility. o All trimmings can be supplied locally in Lithuania. o Logistic and many others services necessary for fluent co- operation.
