I provide consultancy services to Turkey's leading companies in the real estate sector and to investors from abroad. My area of expertise is Commercial investment. I would like to share my "SEVEN SEAS SEALIGHT ELITE" contracted hotel portfolio located in the Aegean region of Turkey. SEALIGHT HOTELS: It serves as three hotels in Kusadasi. It opened its doors for the first time in 2007 with the Sealight Resort Hotel, in 2015 it added the Seven Seas Sealight Elite Hotel and in 2016 the Sealight Family Club.

SEVEN SEAS SEALIGHT ELITE HOTEL: It has been designed with the aim of comfort and luxury in accordance with the understanding of tourism and hotel management. It was opened in 2015 and has been actively serving for 7 years. The hotel is in the Tourism zone and welcomes tourists from all over the world.

- Distance from the Sacred Place "House of Virgin Mary" Sanctuary is approx. 30km/max.20 minutes
- The distance to the "Ancient City of Ephesus", which is accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is approximately 25km/max.15 minutes.

Seven Seas Sealight Elite Hotel was put up for sale as it was having trouble paying off its loans due to the pandemic. The hotel is new and cheap. 2022 summer season reservations are full.

I am looking for a good investor for this hotel in Kuşadası, the pearl of the Aegean. I would be grateful if you could help me.
