Real Estate in Poland

I have 2 properties - both are located in Poland (European Union).

I am looking for a real estate broker or financial broker who has very good contacts in large companies - I can pay high commissions. 

I have real estate in Poland: 

1. a) the entire building in the center of Sopot for rent, Sopot is a "Polish Miami".

Sopot is a gateway for companies interested in Central and Eastern Europe.

It is the only building for rent entirely in the center of Sopot.

The building can be rented for: offices, offices + apartments for management, hotel + restaurant, private hospital, any other purpose.

The new tenant is free to adapt the entire building.

Rental conditions:

- lease agreement only for a large company / corporation
- monthly rent 15,000 EURO + fees
- deposit for 6 months
- contract for a fixed period of 10 years, it could be a shorter period but I would prefer 10 years with the possibility of renting for another 10 years.

The commission for the real estate broker to be determined.

1. b) I have my land for sale in Gdansk. Gdansk is located next to Sopot, Gdansk has ports and representative offices of large corporations.

The land covers an area of 305 695 square feet (28 400 square meters).

The land is located on the Sobieszewo Island - the only island next to Gdansk / Sopot - the largest island in Poland.

The land is located 20 minutes by car from the center of Gdansk.

The land can be used to build a housing estate - details of the construction of the estate are included in the offer.

I can sell the land for the amount of 9,900,000 EURO

There are very good financial conditions for the broker - because thanks to some legal regulation I do not pay tax on the sale of this property.

Thanks to this, I can pay a very high commission for the real estate broker - the entire amount above my 9,900,000 EURO is a commission for the real estate broker.

You can sell this land, for example to an investment fund for 20 million euros and earn over 10 million euros commission from this transaction !!!

If you fail to sell the land for cash - I can agree to receive apartments in Miami (Oceanfront, Downtown, Brickell) or New York City (Manhattan) instead of cash. I will want to rent the apartments right away. There must be 2 or 3 apartments - easy to rent / sell. I will also want some cash from the buyer of the land.

When it comes to building a housing estate, I can help the new owner in building the estate - I will help him in everything (he must only have money).
