Our company is the frontrunner in applying nanotechnology and precision engineering into agricultural industry providing colocation with clean source of renewable energy and sustainable technologies that is symbiotic with optimised growing practices.

Our Gen1 product VertSólTM adopts a nano-material in a luminescent solar concentrator (LSC) structure integrated within a conventional solar panel. It converts part of sun light spectrum to match the light needed for plant photosynthesis and leaves the rest for electricity generation, without compromising crop yields. Desirable stability has been proven after expedited ultra-violet exposure test, humidity-damp heat test, thermal cycle test as well as other widely adopted durability tests.

Our product provides a perfect colocation of cleantech and agritech and will be a good solution for low-carbon energy-effeicient greenhouse (CEA)

2. Proven result from demo project with Chineses Ministry of Agriculture.

The first prototype greenhouse with this technology was built in Northern China as a joint demo project with Chinese Ministry of Agriculture in 2015 and is still in perfect condition and undertaking various plant growth trials with satisfactory performance.

3. Smart devices to build up data-driven system for intelligent operations.

Our company will also implement networks of digital elements to build up a data-driven intelligent system to empower operators of a variety of real estate types in this ever-growing technology age, to improve the efficiency in energy consumption, and thus further address the need in global carbon reduction goals.

4. R&D pipelines, IPs and various types of clients channels acquired.

Part of our R&D strategy includes establishments of joint Agrivoltaics/nanotechnology research programs and facility across regions to carry out further research for global market needs.

5. Our founding members have proven and complementary expertise and experience in solar,technology and agriculture sectors ,and we have a group of veteran advisors.

It was cofounded by a talented team of veterans in agritech and scientists with profound knowledge and proven tracking record in Photovoltaic, Optoelectronic Technology, and Nanotechnology space. Since 2015, members of its team have been researching, developing and experimenting greenhouse-integrated photovoltaics (GIPV).

Previously we have carried out an anchor project with Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering in 2015. We have built the first prototype greenhouse with this technology in Northern China,which is still in perfect condition.

So far, the demo project has been producing solar energy and undertaking various plant growth trials with satisfactory performance.

We have recently started more POCs in different climate and countries. We have also got trial oders from US and Europe.  Particarly we have made proposals to Tamesek Lifescience Laboratary for showcase, joint R&D and beyond.
