Seven Seas Sealight Elite Hotel was put up for sale as it was having trouble paying off its loans due to the pandemic. The hotel is new and cheap. 2022 summer season reservations are full. 

I am looking for a good investor for this hotel in Kuşadası, the pearl of the Aegean.
