Development of robotic project consisting of a CNC system for orthodontic wire bending and resin recycling
We are a robotic systems developer company primarily dedicated to orthodontic wire bending appliances. We have three patents and we want to move to the Israeli market because we believe that we would have more projection towards the places where we can market our product.
We are looking for a company that wants to participate in the development of our robotic project consisting of a CNC system for orthodontic wire bending and resin recycling. The system obtained the patent in Mexico and the international PCT, in addition to having filed the application in the USA. It is currently in the "minimum viable product" phase.
As far as we know, we are the only company in the world that is working on this type of project. There are other companies that make CNC wire bending machines, but they are heavy gauge, stainless steel wires (for labware). We use different alloys (stainless steel, nitinol and TMA) and they are to be inserted into the slot of the brackets.
The company is a branch of the company Corporativo Médico Dental Gilbert SA de CV, founded by Drs. Alfredo and Patricia Gilbert in 1978. This corporation has several business models, among which is the medical service, dental service, medical cafes and medical fitness centers. In the part corresponding to the development of technology, it has the company, which is certified by Conacyt (National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico) and incubated by UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico). For professional and personal reasons, the undersigned, Dr. Alfredo Gilbert, has decided to continue working on my robotic projects in Israel.
Potential Business Partners:
The business partners are dental warehouses and other stores dedicated to distributing dental and orthodontic material. Wire manufacturing companies and those that make both labial and lingual brackets. Considering that one of the distribution options would be wire assembly centers (in the event that we decide to work in the cloud, giving permission to use the software), the business partners will also be the owners of the assembly centers.
