Old recipes - We prepare our preserves according to old, proven recipes.

Traditional production methods - We use the simplest, traditional methods, largely manual, known and refined for centuries.

Local fruits and vegetables - All fruits and vegetables we need are grown by local farmers, thanks to that we have access to fresh raw materials

Fresh spices - We use fresh, local spices that are delivered on an ongoing basis
