A special solution based on the mother’s breastmilk, which have positive impacts on infants and reduces the risk of developing allergies
Overview: The center is under the administration of the Plovdiv University – “Paisii Hilendarski” and specializes in different areas of Biotechnologies. They introduced us to the center and the laboratories and presented their innovative product – a special solution based on the mother’s breastmilk, which have positive impacts on infants and reduces the risk of developing allergies.
The Center of Technologies and the laboratory are very well equipped, with more than 30 scientists working. The management of the center is very professional and are open to provide a tour of their facilities to experts from Israel in order to provide presentation of their developments innovations.
They kindly requested the embassy’s assistance in:
- contacting interested parties from Israel – companies which could use their laboratory for out-sourcing production of molecular biomarkers of the microbiotia of the gastrointestinal tract, immunobiomarkers for tumor and autoimmune diseases, biopolymers and new materials, pro-biotics, pre-biotics and creation of biosensors.
- For their second part of the project they are looking for contacts of universities and of potential investors who could be interested in establishing a facility which could put their innovation on the breast milk supplement for market realization.
