Our Styles
We have as references the most traditional and classic styles of the brewing schools. Our beers are not filtered and have as their main characteristic, the strong presence of malt.
- Type Kölsch - Typical beer from Cologne (Germany), with soft and rounded taste, composing the perfect balance between malt and fruity sweetness with a slight touch of bitterness at the end.
10 IBU 0° to 3°C Cylinder 4.8% 355 and 500ml
Pasta, fried potatoes, cold salads, roasted meat, fish and seafood.
Water, Malt, Hops, and Yeast.
- Hefeweizen - Moderately strong beer with notes of clove and banana, ester intensity accentuated by vanilla flavour and sweetness. Notes of wheat and turbidity accented.
10 IBU 3° to 5°C Weizen 5%
Fish, seafood, game meat, and sushi.
Water, Barley and Wheat Malt, Hops, and Yeast.
- Roggenbier - Medium-bodied beer, it presents notes of rye bread, with a light herbal touch, a slightly fruity start, and a smoky finish.
20 IBU 3° to 5°C Weizen 4.5%
Codfish cake, roast duck, smoked salmon, and trout yeast.
Water, rye malt, barley malt, hops, and yeast.
- English Pale Ale - Medium bodied beer with fruity esters and earthy notes. Smooth malt flavour well balanced with caramel and mild hop bitterness.
33 IBU 3° to 5°C Cup 5%
Strong cheeses, fried potatoes, lamb and beef.
- American Red Ale - Medium bodied, moderately hoppy, malty beer with citrus aromas and hints of caramel, medium bitterness and a slightly dry finish.
45 IBU 0° to 3°C Cup 5,2%
Barbecue, hamburger, stroganoff, cheese, and pasta with Bolognese sauce.
- American IPA - Medium bodied beer, hoppy, malty with citrus aromas and passion fruit notes, sharp bitterness and dry finish.
65 IBU 0° to 3°C Cup 6%
Roast beef, burritos, empanadas, hamburgers and fries
- Porter - Medium bodied beer, moderate carbonation with a soft touch of roasted malt between caramel and coffee. Presents notes of chocolate and a slight bitterness at the end.
22 IBU 5° to 8°C Pint 5.5%
Desserts with fruit, ice cream, chocolate and blue cheese.
- Smoked Porter - Full-bodied beer, with notes of coffee through toast, with a present smoky flavour and a touch of Scottish single malts. Complex beer in flavour with strong aromas.

All our products are Kosher certified and we have a very high quality beer.
We look for distributors or retail chains that want to distribute our products. We have eight different styles of beers and all of them are Kosher certified.
Our business partners are: Luxury retail chains, hotels, restaurants, specialty beer stores, emporiums and sports clubs (Golf, Tennis).
