Our company, established in Italy in 1939, joined FAIST Holding in 2003 and has become the No. 1 on-vehicle equipment manufacturer in Europe today. FAIST Holding provides services with approximately 4000 employees in 23 different locations in Europe, 2 in Asia and 5 in North America, and operating in the fields of automotive, telecom, on-vehicle equipment, computers, renewable energy. The Holding has a total area of 460,000 m2, of which 230,000 m2 is the production area, and the annual turnover volume is over 300 Mio Euro.
The company works as the market leader in light commercial vehicle conversions through its 8 different locations in Europe. It provides all light commercial vehicle manufacturer customers with its float, tipper, aluminum body box and tarpaulin for any make of chassis-cabin. Many sub-components of its products designed, patented and manufactured in its headquarters in Valeggio Sul Muncio, Italy. In addition, more than 200 chassis are produced daily in this central factory. It supports all these productions all over Europe with its conversion service network called Scattolini Point. Currently, continues its production with the companies in Germany (Scattolini FBT), Spain (Scattolini Iberica), England (VFS - Scattolini UK), France (Scattolini France - Cabreta), and Turkey (Scattolini Otomotiv).
In 2012, our Otomotiv Company was established in the automotive industry Kartepe/Kocaeli, Turkey with 22.2 Mio Euro capital, and as of 2014 started to float production for Transit vehicles produced for the Ford factory in Turkey. It completes vehicle conversions with another assembly factory located in Gölcük / Kocaeli, where these manufactured chasis are mounted on vehicles. As the manufacturing principle, our factory uses automated software and robotic coding methods, and 20,000 floats are produced and assembled annually.
We will start to produce our “Tipper” product as of October 2021, and will start production primarily for the French and British markets. We will be the largest production location within the the Group by starting the production of our "Tarpaulin" in November 2021 and "Aluminum Body Box" in December 2021. In 2022, we will provide accessiblity to our products primarily in the Turkish market, then other neighboring countries’ markets by performing sales and marketing activities in these countries.
Our main goal is to reach reliable, and high capacity company/ies which can undertake our partnership, can provide assembling for the chassis produced by the company in Turkey for light commercial vehicles and will be sent to the market in your country, and can provide after-sales services based on specified criteria. Besides, it is aimed to form a reputable trade volume through possible distributorships.
